Balsamic Plum with Balsamic VInegar of Modena IGP

Ingredients: Settembrine plums, sugar, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP

Jar: Gourmet square shape glass jar  100 ml – Bruni glassware.

Avarage batch duration: about 3 years from the production date

Ultimate PH 3.8 (+/-10%), Sugar 10% (+/-10%), Total sugar 40 (+/-10%)

It is produced from our plum tree with the addition of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP. This “Balsamic Plum” compote is very good with both fresh and aged  cheeses. It can be paired with boiled meat similar to the typical boiled meats of the Emilia Romagna tradition.

The feature of this compote is its particular taste which makes it completely different from all the other fruit sauces with vinegar.

The ensemble of the flavors that it comprises makes it a product of high quality, this is thanks to the qualidy of  raw materials  used

It can bring new tasting experiences to those that use it.
