Ingredients: Pears, Balsamic Vinegar of  Modena IGP, sugar.

Jar: Gourmet square shape glass jar  300 ml – Bruni glassware. Golden cap

Avarage batch duration: 3 years from the production date

Ultimate PH 3.9 (+/-10%), Sugar in 9% (+/-10%), Total sugar 45 (+/-10%)

The peculiarity of this compote is the refiniment and typical sweetness of the pear which is combined with the bittersweet flavor of our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, which does not at all taste sour or bad

The Balsamic Pear compote is made with pears from the Emilia Romagna region with the addition of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP and it’s very good with both fresh and aged cheeses.

Does not contain artificial colouring or preservatives.
