The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP is aged for “over” 12 years in little barrels  made of different kinds of wood, at Rossi Barattini farm. 

It’s particularly suitable in cooking to add flavor to classical meat dishes, barbecue, escallopes, tartare or meals of boiled meats (beef, chicken, tongue).

It’s used to dress both raw and cooked vegetables giving a particular bittersweet taste to this centuries-old condiment.

It’s used raw. Available individually with box from the consortium, booklet with recipes and measuring cap.

STORAGE: this product, whether in an open or closed bottle, has to be stored at room temperature from 6 to 30 °C in a dry place, keep the bottle closed with a stopper.

It’s recommended to not expose the product to extreme temperature changes,  prolonged exposure to sunlight or stow in fridge/freezer rooms.
