The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP is aged for “over” 25 years in centuries-old little barrels smade of different kind of wood, at the Rossi Barattini farm.

It’s particularly suitable in cooking add flavor to  classical meat dishes, barbecue, escallopes, tartare or meals of boiled meats (beef, chicken, tongue).

Because of its particular syrupy density, due to its long and natural ageing,process in barrels, many aficionados put it on chocolate or custard ice-cream and strawberries.

It’s used raw. Available individually with box from the consortium, booklet with recipes and measuring cap.

STORAGE: this product, whether in an open or closed bottle, has to be stored at room temperature from 6 to 30 °C in a dry place, keep the bottle closed with a stopper.

It’s recommended to not expose the product to extreme temperature changes,  prolonged exposure to sunlight or stow in fridge/freezer rooms.
